What helps most

If you can, tell us which game and platform you are on, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth a lot.

If a game crashed: in Holiday Alliance, reopen the game and go to the main menu, then Settings and Problem report, and choose Copy details. Paste that into your email — it carries the actual error, which makes a fix far more likely.

Feedback is welcome too

You do not need a bug to write in. Ideas, difficulty complaints, a level that dragged, a joke that landed — all of it shapes what we build next. Chapter 1 of Holiday Alliance is the beginning of a longer story, and player feedback is how the rest of it gets better.
